I'm Rita Santelli, and I founded Stratevoce to help executives build momentum during pivotal moments of change when results can't wait. For more than 25 years, I guided growth and change initiatives at organizations like Walt Disney World, National Geographic, and Choice Hotels. For the past decade, I've taught graduate classes in leadership, branding, and communications at Georgetown University, and worked directly with leaders navigating business-critical transitions where the stakes are high, the visibility is real, and the clock is running. My clients need to deliver now.
