About Rita
I’m Rita Santelli, and I founded Stratavoce because I believe leadership communication is the most critical skill for both organizational and professional success. My career has been shaped by a fascination with what makes people stop, listen, and take action. From Walt Disney World to National Geographic and Georgetown University, I've spent more than 25 years leading major change initiatives and guided leaders to communicate with clarity, presence, and persuasive power in pivotal moments.
Today’s hybrid, AI-enabled workplace has made leadership communication more complex, but also more essential. Helping leaders find their voice, navigate change with confidence, and use their influence to inspire action is the work I love most, and the work I’d be honored to help you achieve.
